How to Get Reimbursed with Your HSA or FSA
Great news! RestingRoo products are frequently eligible for reimbursement through your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) because they provide relief for specific pregnancy-related symptoms.
Because our products are "dual-purpose" (meaning they provide general comfort but can also treat medical conditions), most HSA/FSA plan administrators require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your healthcare provider to approve the claim.
Here is the exact step-by-step process to get reimbursed:
1. Check With Your Plan Administrator Log into your HSA/FSA account or call the number on the back of your card. Ask them: "Do you have a specific Letter of Medical Necessity form I need to use, or can my doctor write one on their letterhead?"
2. Request the Letter from Your Provider At your next checkup, ask your OBGYN, midwife, or primary care provider to write an LMN. To ensure your claim is approved quickly, the letter must be on their official letterhead or prescription pad and include these 4 things:

Specific Diagnosis: (e.g., Pregnancy-related pelvic pain, sciatica, sleep disruption)

3. Purchase Your Product Checkout using your standard credit card or debit card. (Note: Do not use your HSA/FSA debit card at checkout, as our system cannot auto-verify health items at the point of sale. You must pay out of pocket and request reimbursement).
4. Submit for Reimbursement Check your email for your RestingRoo itemized order receipt. Upload this receipt, along with your doctor's Letter of Medical Necessity, directly to your HSA/FSA portal to claim your funds.
