Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after
2:00 PM ESTwill be processed the following business day.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates
Free Shipping: We offer free Standard Shipping for all domestic orders.
3. Order Tracking and Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at store@restingroo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. Shipping Restrictions and Limitations

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Returns
RestingRoo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
